Samiullah Kahloro was abducted on November 4th, 2004 from his house in University of Sindh Employees Colony by CID Police and tortured for 4 months in different Interrogation cells.

He lost his eyesight and ability to move due to severe torture. His was not brought to any court. He escaped from a detainment cell seeing less patrol and he succumbed to his wounds in a hospital in Karachi three days later. He accused Pakistani agencies for his abduction and torture before death.
